International Osteoporosis Conference
The annual World Congress on Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis & Musculoskeletal Diseases (WCO-IOF-ESCEO) occurred in Malaga, Spain April 14-17, with delegates from over 60 countries attending. It is the world’s largest annual forum for the presentation of clinical research and new advances in the prevention and management of bone, muscle and joint disorders.
A broad range of international experts and regional patient groups attended, including Osteoporosis Australia CEO, Greg Lyubomirsky (pictured above with IOF President and Congress Co-Chair, Professor John A. CEO Greg Lyubomirsky stated that, "The WCO-IOF-ESCEO conference is an excellent opportunity to learn about advances in research which we hope can improve outcomes for patients in the future in terms of diagnosis, treatment and self-management of poor bone health."
